It is important to note that Deals Drive does not typically investigate or audit these service providers, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any claims arising from service descriptions or featured programs. Moreover, please know that prices for specific services, programs, and commercial offers may change without prior notice.

Take note of the following information regarding booking services and obtaining vouchers with Deals Drive. Using Deals Drive services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. When you choose to use the Deals Drive Service, you must comply with the guidelines, terms, and conditions outlined in the Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Booking Terms and the Terms of Service, the latter shall take precedence.
We strongly recommend that you carefully review these terms before placing an order with Deals Drive. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. This agreement was established on March 1, 2024, and is effective as of the outlined date in the Services Agreement.
By getting any Merchant Offering or product or participating in other available programs via the site, you agree to the Terms of Use, including, without limitation, the Terms of Reservation specified below.
(a) In General: The descriptions of the products and services offered on the site are provided by the service providers or third parties. We, Deals Drive, do not vet or investigate the service providers. Therefore, we are not responsible for any claims or issues associated with the description of the service provider's offerings or products. We reserve the right to change the pricing of certain service providers' offerings, products, and other available programs on the site at any time. This decision will be made at Deals Drive's sole discretion without any prior notice.
(b) A service provider may advertise goods, services, or experiences on the site of Deals Drive that require the service provider to have an up-to-date regulatory authorization, license, or certification. Deals Drive does not verify, validate, or collect evidence of any regulatory authorization, license, or certification from any service provider. You should make whatever investigation you deem necessary before reserving any service provider Offering or Product to determine whether:
(i) the service provider is qualified to provide the advertised good or perform the advertised service; or (ii) the Product is of the care and quality required. The service provider is solely responsible for the care and quality of the goods and services being provided or the care and quality of the Products.
(c) Deals Drive is not a health or wellness provider and does not refer, recommend, or endorse any specific professional services, products, or procedures advertised on the site. The site is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a health condition. Never neglect or disregard professional advice relating to your health because of something you have read on the site.
Service Providers' Offerings

Through its application, Deals Drive offers discounts on goods, services, or experiences provided or facilitated by the service provider mentioned on the coupon. The service provider bears full responsibility for recovering the discount value. In addition, the Service Provider bears full responsibility for the quality of all goods and services it provides, and for any injuries, damages, claims, liabilities, or costs (“Liabilities”) that may occur to you, directly or indirectly. By obtaining the Service, you agree to the terms contained in the offer and any additional terms specifically advertised for the advertised deal and at the time of booking, in addition to these Terms of Use and Booking Conditions. These rules apply to all offers made available by Deals Drive unless otherwise stated in connection with booking a particular offer unless otherwise required by law.
In the event of any conflict between these rules and the conditions published in relation to the Voucher and on the Voucher at the time of booking, the terms published in relation to the Voucher and on the Voucher at the time of booking take precedence. Any attempt to redeem a Voucher in a manner that violates these Terms of Use (including, without limitation, the Terms of Sale) will render the Voucher void. The Service Provider is the sole issuer of the Voucher, and Vouchers are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Unlawful or unlawful reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of Vouchers is prohibited. Pricing related to merchant offers on the Site may be changed at any time at the discretion of the Service Providers, without prior notice.
Service providers offer offers to consumers on the Deals Drive application, and these offers are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the service provider. When you obtain an offer through the Site, you gain the right to redeem it from the Service Provider. The service provider bears full responsibility for fulfilling its obligations. It is important to note that offers do not carry any cash value or future cash interest. Deals Drive makes no warranties regarding the offers, including their validity and/or value. It is also important to note that Deals Drive is not a party to any transaction between the Service Provider and you resulting from your receipt of any Offer. or residual value.
